1. What sizes do you offer?
We offer sizes for children from 4 to 16. Each product page includes a size chart to help you find the perfect fit for your child.
2. How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our store, select the items you want, choose the appropriate size, color, and quantity, and click "Add to Cart." When you're ready to checkout, click on the shopping cart icon and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners) ShopPay, ApplePay GooglePay and PayPal. All payments are processed securely.
4. Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations.
5. How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.
6. What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached. Visit our Returns & Exchanges page for more details.
7. How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times vary based on your location. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout.
8. Do you offer international shipping?
Not yet. Currently, we only offer shipping within US.
